How this is worked out
Fifteen forced choices settle three axes (analytical or intuitive, detail or big picture, systems or people), and the three answers together name one of eight types. The percentages are authored reference values chosen to be plausible, not measured population data, and the whole thing is an entertainment self-assessment rather than a psychological instrument.
