SmartClickz provides self-assessments and written articles for entertainment and general interest. By using the site you accept these terms.
The assessments are not a medical or clinical service
Our assessments are not psychological, psychometric, medical or diagnostic instruments. They are unsupervised, they run on your own device under conditions we cannot control, and they are not validated against a normative sample. Scores, including any age or percentile figure, are presentation values chosen to be plausible and readable; they are not measured population norms.
Do not use a result here to make a decision about your health, education, employment or care. If you have a concern about your memory, attention or cognition, consult a qualified professional.
Advertising
The site is funded by advertising, including optional rewarded video ads offered during a test. Those are opt-in and skippable, and skipping withholds no part of the service. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to interfere with the service, its security, or its advertising.
- Do not scrape, republish or resell the assessments or the articles without permission.
- Do not use automated means to generate test submissions or ad impressions.
Intellectual property
The articles, assessment items, scoring models and design are owned by Aucuparia Holdings Ltd. You may quote briefly with attribution and a link.
Liability
The service is provided as is, without warranty. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on any result it produces. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Cyprus, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction.
