What we collect
When you take a test
- Your answers, how long you took to answer each one, and the resulting score.
- The male or female selection you make before starting.
- A random session identifier generated in your browser. It is not linked to your identity unless you later give us your email address.
- Approximate location at country and region level, supplied by the advertising system that delivered the page. We do not collect precise location.
- Campaign parameters present in the link you arrived through, such as utm_source, fbclid or gclid, so we can tell which advertising a visit came from.
When you ask for your result by email
- The email address and first name you enter.
- Your test result and the answers to the short questions asked before the result, so the emailed report matches what you saw.
- The session identifier and campaign parameters above, so the record is complete.
Giving us an email address is optional. You can take the whole test, see your score and leave without entering one.
Why we process it, and on what basis
- To produce and show your result. Necessary to provide the service you asked for.
- To send you your report and related emails. On your consent, given when you submit the form. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
- To fund the site through advertising. Where consent is required in your jurisdiction, advertising and measurement cookies are set only after you give it through the consent prompt.
- To detect invalid traffic and abuse. Our legitimate interest in keeping the service working and our advertising valid.
Who it is shared with
We do not sell personal data. We share it with service providers who process it on our behalf:
- Google — advertising delivery and measurement, and the consent prompt shown to visitors in regions that require one.
- Meta — measurement of advertising we run on Meta platforms.
- An email delivery provider — used to send your report and any follow-up you consented to. We do not send email at the time of writing; when we begin, the provider will be named here before the first message goes out.
These partners set their own cookies and identifiers and act as controllers for their own purposes. Their handling is governed by their own policies.
Cookies and similar technologies
We store a small amount of data in your browser: your consent choice, the campaign parameters you arrived with, and a copy of your most recent result. Advertising partners set additional cookies once you have consented, where consent is required.
Aucuparia Holdings Ltd is established in Cyprus, so the EU General Data Protection Regulation governs our processing of your personal data wherever you are. A consent prompt is shown before advertising or measurement cookies are set in regions where our advertising partners require one, and you can change or withdraw that choice at any time through the same prompt.
How long we keep it
Email addresses and the associated result are kept until you ask us to delete them or unsubscribe. Test data not linked to an email address is kept in aggregate form only.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of sale or sharing for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal data as those laws define it.
To exercise any of these, email admin@smartclickz.net or use the contact form. We respond within one month, as the GDPR requires. If you are unhappy with our response you may complain to our supervisory authority, the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus, or to the authority where you live.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us data, tell us through the contact form and we will delete it.
International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under the safeguards their own terms specify.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and, where the change requires it, ask for your consent again.
